Hotel Reservations

As I mentioned above, rooms at Asilomar conference center may not be available that weekend, but we have found 3 quaint inns within walking distance. Marc and I will rent a house from one of these inns (Andril Fireplace Cottages), to use as a central meeting point, but these places will not allow us to ‘block’ multiple rooms or cottages. This means our guests need to call individually to book rooms/cottages. Therefore, we are including the contact information for these inns, their general price ranges, and also other hotels which will be in the area, not as close but accessible by car. I strongly urge you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible so we can all be close together.

Keep in mind, these suites and cottages sound like they are big enough for 1 family or two couples if you are willing to share and defray some cost!

Also, if you call Asilomar, and you get a room, know that the rooms are sparse, ie no phone or TV. 3 full meals are included in the price, but if you don’t want 3 meals (you may not need this!) tell them you are part of our wedding party and they will give you a decreased rate and include only 1 meal per day.

Just a note, stay away from the “Beachcomber Inn”, way overpriced for dumpy motel type rooms.

And FINALLY, feel free to stay in close contact with us. You can call at home (415-341-5077 or Tami’s cell 415-244-6285) or e-mail at: tamijaneca@yahoo.com. Please have patience with us if we don’t call back immediately, we get a little busy at times.
